Sessions offered are based on the Emotion Code®, Body Code™, and Belief Code® methodologies. These are energy-based approaches intended to support emotional, energetic, and personal well-being.

These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. No diagnosis, treatment, or prescription is provided. You are encouraged to seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or mental health concerns.

Sessions are not intended for urgent or emergency situations. If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, you agree to seek immediate support through appropriate emergency services.

Personal Responsibility & Results
You understand that your healing process is your own. You accept full responsibility for your well-being, choices, and actions before, during, and after each session.

No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Session Commitment & Timing
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

Appointments missed or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

In the case of unexpected or exceptional circumstances, consideration may be given at discretion.

Payment & Packages
All sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

All purchases, including session packages, are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Unused sessions within a package may be subject to expiry where stated.

Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential and handled with care, except where disclosure is required by law.

Emotional Processing & Integration
Energy work may involve emotional, mental, or physical shifts as the body processes and integrates changes. Temporary sensations, memories, or emotions may arise.

You acknowledge and accept this as part of the process and agree to seek appropriate support if needed.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Coast Energy Healing is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes, decisions, or effects arising from sessions.

By booking and attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
