How Does Remote Energy Healing Work?

How can energy healing possibly work when we're not even in the same room? It's a good question.

Remote energy healing is based on the idea that our energetic systems are not confined to the physical boundaries of the body. We don't need to be in the same room for me to connect with and work with your energetic field.

How Remote Energy Healing Works

During a remote session, I establish an energetic connection with you and work with your subconscious mind to ask questions and identify imbalances. Think of the subconscious as holding an extraordinary amount of information, much of it beyond our everyday awareness, including emotional experiences, beliefs, inherited patterns and other energetic information.

Through a systematic process of questioning, I narrow that information down. An imbalance may be identified as a trapped emotion or a limiting belief, for example, and from there I can uncover more about it, including where it originated and any other relevant layers connected to it. Once identified, the energy can then be released.

Why Distance Doesn't Get in the Way

This is where remote work becomes particularly fascinating. Physical distance doesn't appear to prevent me from accessing this information. A client can be across town, across the country or on the other side of the world.

Quantum physics continues to challenge some of our most basic assumptions about reality. From entanglement and non-local correlations to emerging research questioning whether events must always exist within a fixed causal order, the deeper we look, the stranger reality becomes. There is still so much about consciousness, energy and connection that we do not yet understand.

What a Session Looks Like

My sessions take place over the phone, so you're present with me as the session unfolds. The insights and awareness that emerge can become an important part of the work itself. I also offer fully remote sessions, where you needn't be present, and I then send detailed notes afterwards.

What Clients Often Notice

There can be a surprising quality to this work. Information can surface that feels remarkably specific or deeply familiar. There is often a moment of recognition and sometimes genuine astonishment at what comes forward in a session. Clients may also notice physical or emotional sensations as we work, even though we may be hundreds or thousands of kilometres apart. There may be a sudden feeling of warmth or coolness, tingling or other physical sensations in the body.

An emotion may rise unexpectedly and move through, a memory may surface, or a new awareness or insight may simply arrive. Each person, and each session, can be quite different.

The mystery, the discovery, and the surprising shifts that can occur are some of my favourite things about this work.
